I am a mom, birth doula, postpartum doula and a potter. It was through my own postpartum struggles that I decided to become a doula. I love helping families find their footing in the early postpartum days as well as help people find their voice to achieve a birth closest to their dreams. Support from Birth Love can look like advocacy, movement and positions during labor, pain management techniques, assistance with breast/ chest feeding, light housekeeping and home organization, infant sleeping problems and so on. I believe in autonomy and informed choice, and I’m ready and eager to support any birth and postpartum in which these rights are upheld. Having a homebirth? Scheduling a cesarean? Do you want an unmedicated birth? Planning an induction? Going straight for the epidural? Bottle feeding? Co-sleeping? Preparing for baby coming home? Amazing, let’s make it happen!
